A preview. Apple and Google each decide the final layout on the device.

Four things, then it runs itself

No POS integration, no hardware, no IT person.

Step 1

Set up your card

Pick how many stamps, what they win, and your colours. Ten minutes, once.

Step 2

Put the QR on the table

Customers scan it and the card lands in their wallet. No app, no signup for them.

Step 3

Stamp from any phone

Open the counter tool and scan their card. It works on the phone already behind the till.

Step 4

See who comes back

Who is close to a reward, which branch is busiest, and whether the scheme pays.

Try it, don’t read about it

Put a real card in your own wallet

Scan the code and a real card from Sabil Coffee — our own shop, running on the same system yours would — lands in the wallet already on your phone. Not a mockup: a signed pass, issued to you.

See how it works

About twenty seconds. Nothing to install, no account, and you can delete the card in two taps.

Point your phone camera at the code

The customer list is yours

Every card issued is a customer you can reach again — with their permission, and only with their permission. Export it whenever you like. If you leave, you take it with you.

  • Phone numbers stay maskedRevealed one at a time, and never on the counter tablet.
  • Only opted-in customers get messagedThere is no setting that changes that.
  • Export to CSV any timeIt’s your list. No lock-in, no export fee.

Customer capture is something you turn on, and the list starts the day you do. It cannot be backfilled, so it is worth turning on early.

Common questions

More in our support answers, or ask us directly.

What is a digital loyalty card?

It is the paper stamp card your customers already know, living in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet instead of a wallet or a pocket. They scan a QR code once and the card is on their phone. You stamp it from your own phone, and their card updates itself — no app to install on either side.

Do my customers have to download an app?

No, and that is the point. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are already installed on effectively every smartphone. A customer scans your code, taps “Add”, and is enrolled in about ten seconds with no account and no download. Loyalty apps fail because nobody installs an app for one café.

Does it work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. iPhone customers get an Apple Wallet pass and Android customers get a Google Wallet pass, from the same link and the same QR code. You do not have to think about which is which.

What do I need to get started?

A phone and about ten minutes. There is no hardware to buy, no POS integration required and nothing to install — staff add stamps from a web page on whatever phone is already behind the counter.

How much does a digital loyalty card cost in Egypt?

We price in Egyptian pounds and bill monthly, with no setup fee. Most international platforms bill in dollars at 25 to 95 USD a month, which is a large part of why they are a poor fit here. Tell us your branch count and what you want to reward, and we will give you a number.

Is it available in Arabic?

The card itself is bilingual — your reward, your shop name and the card copy can be Arabic, English or both, and the artwork is generated per language. Cairo-based support answers in either.
