The stamp card your regulars already carry
Ten coffees, one free — without the paper card that lives in a pocket until it goes through the wash.
A preview. Apple and Google each decide the final layout on the device.
An example card. Yours carries your name, your colours and your reward.
What cafés ask about
One stamp per visit, not per cup
A cooldown stops a table of four turning into four stamps for one person. You set the window.
Works across branches
Stamps earned in one shop are valid in all of them, and you can see which branch is busiest.
Know your regulars by name
Who is two stamps from a reward, and who has not been in for a month.
The same four steps
Nothing about this is specific to cafés — the card, the counter tool and the reporting are the same. Only the reward changes.

Questions cafés ask before starting
How many stamps should a coffee loyalty card have?
Five to ten. Below five the reward arrives before the habit does; above ten most customers stop believing they will get there. Six is the most common choice among cafés we set up, and you can change it later — though changing it on a running card affects people who are already part way, so it is worth getting close first time.
How do I stop one customer getting several stamps in one visit?
Set a cooldown. One stamp per visit per customer, with a window you choose — three hours is typical for a café. A table of four buying together earns one stamp on one card, not four on the same one.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on the phone. They scan the QR code on your counter, tap once, and it is there in about ten seconds.
Does it work across more than one branch?
Yes. Stamps earned at one shop are valid at all of them, and the dashboard shows you which branch is busiest and where rewards are being redeemed.
Start with your own card
The customer list starts the day you turn it on. It cannot be backfilled — customers who already have their card will not be asked again — so it is worth turning on early.
