Can a digital wash card be cheated the way a paper punch card can?
No. A paper card can be punched by anyone with a hole punch, and a photocopier defeats most of them. A digital card is stamped only from your counter tool by a member of staff who is signed in, and every stamp is recorded with who added it and when.
How fast is it at the bay?
About three seconds — open the counter tool, scan, done. It runs on a phone, so there is nothing to install at the bay and nothing to break in the rain.
Does it work with several sites?
Yes. One card works everywhere you operate, and the reporting is per site so you can see which one is filling and which is not.
Do I need to integrate it with my till?
No. It works entirely standalone. Till integration is available on Pro if you want stamps to happen automatically at payment, but nothing depends on it.

The customer list starts the day you turn it on. It cannot be backfilled — customers who already have their card will not be asked again — so it is worth turning on early.
