What barbers ask about

Rebooking is a message away

Message the customers who opted in — the ones who used to come monthly and stopped.

Barber-level reporting

See which chair is filling and which is not, by branch and by week.

Birthdays, if they share one

A free cut in someone’s birthday week costs you one slot and buys a year of habit.

The same four steps

Nothing about this is specific to barbers — the card, the counter tool and the reporting are the same. Only the reward changes.

  • Set up your cardStamps, reward, colours. Ten minutes, once.
  • Put the QR where customers areOn the counter, on the receipt, in the window.
  • Stamp from any phoneNo hardware, no POS integration required.

Questions barbers ask before starting

How does a digital loyalty card work for a barber shop?

The customer scans a QR code once and a card lands in the wallet on their phone. Every cut, you scan their card from your own phone and a stamp is added. After the count you set — six is usual — the next cut is free, and the card tells them so.

Can I see which customers have stopped coming?

Yes, on Pro. The customer list shows when each person last visited, so the ones who used to come monthly and have not been in for two months are visible rather than forgotten.

Can I message customers about a free slot?

Only those who explicitly opted in, and that is enforced by the system rather than by policy. There is no setting that lets you message someone who did not agree to it.

What if a customer changes phone?

They re-scan your QR code and the card comes back with their balance, provided they use the same details. Nothing is stored only on the phone.

Start with your own card

Get started

We set up barbers with a card in their own colours, their own reward and their own rules. Tell us about yours — nothing goes live for your customers until you say so.

Get started

The customer list starts the day you turn it on. It cannot be backfilled — customers who already have their card will not be asked again — so it is worth turning on early.
