Something not working?

Send us a message and a person will answer — within one working day, usually much sooner. We are in Cairo, so we are awake when you are.

We reply here.

What you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when.

From your dashboard, if the problem is with one specific card. Please don’t send us the customer’s name.

We use these details to answer you and nothing else. See our privacy policy for how long we keep them.

What we promise

  • One working daySunday to Thursday. Most messages are answered the same day.
  • A person who knows the productNot a ticket queue and not a script.
  • Your customers’ cards keep workingEven while something is being fixed, and even if you stop paying.

Common questions

The things people ask most, about the cards and about the account. If yours is not here, the form above reaches a person.

A customer says their card stopped updating

Almost always the card was deleted from the wallet, or the phone has not been online since the last stamp. Ask them to open the card once while on wifi. If it still does not update, send us the card serial from your dashboard and we will look at it.

The wallet never shows a notification when I stamp

That is correct behaviour, not a fault. The wallet update is silent by design on both Apple and Google — the phone quietly fetches the new card. The customer sees the new stamp the next time they open it.

I stamped the wrong customer

Every stamp is recorded with the branch, the time and which member of staff made it, so nothing is guesswork. Corrections are handled by us rather than from your dashboard at the moment — send us the card serial and roughly when it happened, and we will put it right. If the customer is still in front of you, the simplest fix is usually to stamp the right card and let us tidy the other one afterwards.

I want to change my reward or my colours

You can change colours, copy and the reward yourself from the dashboard, and every issued card updates on its own. The number of stamps on a running card is the one thing we change with you rather than for you, because it affects people mid-way to a reward.

A customer wants their data deleted

Send us the request and we will anonymize them: their name and phone number are erased and their card keeps working. We never delete the card itself — that would take a reward off someone’s phone without asking.

I want to stop using the service

Tell us and we will export your customer list to CSV first, at no charge. Cards already in wallets keep working; they simply stop receiving new stamps.

What happens to my cards if I stop paying?

Cards already in a customer’s wallet keep working. They stop being updated, so no new stamps land, but nothing disappears from anyone’s phone and no card is revoked.

Do I own the customer data?

Yes. You are the controller for your customers’ data and we process it on your behalf, which is written into our data processing agreement. Export it to CSV whenever you like, at no charge.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No setup fee, and billing is monthly — cancel whenever you like, effective at the end of the period. We tell you what yours costs on a call, once we know how many branches and reward tracks you need.

Do I need a POS or any hardware?

No. Staff add stamps from the counter tool on any phone or tablet you already have. POS integration exists for shops that want it, but nothing requires it.

Reporting something serious

Security and data-exposure reports jump the queue. They are the one thing here we confirm the same day.

  • Use the form and choose “A security or data-exposure concern”If you believe customer data has been exposed, or you have found a security problem in Point Pass, that option routes it ahead of everything else and we will confirm receipt the same day.
Please do not include customer names or phone numbers in the report. A card serial is enough for us to find the record, and it keeps personal data out of a message that several people will read.

For questions about how we handle personal data, start with the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
